Community guidelines

Real profiles and listings only. No harassment, threats, hate, scams, impersonation, fake reviews, spam, illegal services, malicious links or collection of private information for another purpose.

Verification labels

Phone Verified means OTP sign-in. Profile Complete means required role details are filled. Identity/Business Verified requires an approved review. No badge guarantees skills or results.

Property safety

Inspect before payment, verify the owner or authorised agent, read the agreement and keep payment records. Do not send a suspicious advance.

Jobs & work safety

Do not pay a registration, interview, training or security fee to get a job. Never share an OTP or bank PIN. Employers must state the real role and must use application data only for that post.

Payments & refunds

Zhina is free at launch and does not hold payment for work, goods, rent or deposits agreed between users. Any future Zhina-paid feature will show price, taxes, duration, cancellation and refund terms before payment.

Report a problem

Use Report on a profile, listing, review or conversation. Zhina may review and restrict reported content. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or police.
